Welcome to the inaugural Elder Mini-Festival, Intimate Beethoven.

Across this multi-day event, the Australian String Quartet celebrates Beethoven’s masterful chamber music alongside the artistic riches of the Faculty of the Elder Conservatorium, University of Adelaide, including the Seraphim Trio, Lucinda Collins, Konstantin Shamray and Anna Goldsworthy.

Join us for a free public lecture by writer and virtuoso late stylist, David Malouf exploring the quality of lateness in Beethoven’s third period. Hosted by acclaimed pianist and memoirist Dr Anna Goldsworthy. Presented in collaboration with the JM Coetzee Centre for Creative Practice.
